Welcome to Kayataraa. By accessing or using kayataraa.com (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account

You may browse the Site without an account. To place an order or save a wishlist, you may create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product images, descriptions, weights, and pricing are provided in good faith. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to monitor settings and handcrafted nature of our products.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability without prior notice. Orders already placed and confirmed will be honoured at the original price.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error).
  • Accepted payment methods: credit / debit cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where eligible).
  • An order confirmation email is sent once payment is successfully received.

6. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any other user’s account.
  • Post or transmit any malicious code or content.
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Site without permission.

8. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Kayataraa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, modify, and display that content. You confirm that your content is original and does not violate any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kayataraa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
