Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kayataraa. We pack and dispatch every order with the same care we put into crafting our jewellery and accessories.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM, on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
- Orders below ₹2,000 — a flat fee of ₹99 is added at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India with an additional handling fee of ₹49.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our courier partner’s website with the tracking number.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@kayataraa.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the rare case that a package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of order date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping coming soon — drop us a note and we will let you know when it goes live.
