We want your Kayataraa pieces to reach you safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — there is no minimum order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India as well.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer. Please note that timelines may vary during festivals, sale periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully packed in our signature Kayataraa packaging, so it reaches you in perfect condition and ready to gift.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we will share tracking details with you. If you have not received an update within 3 days of ordering, simply reach out and we will check on it for you.
