Return & Exchange Policy

At Kayataraa we want you to love what you receive. If a piece doesn’t feel right, we’re happy to help with an easy return or exchange.

Return Window

  • 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and the certificate of authenticity intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@kayataraa.com or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return pickup confirmation.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original box and hand it over to our courier partner.
  4. Once received and inspected at our studio, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method (card / UPI / netbanking) within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit — please share your account details when raising the return.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a piece for a different design or size, we’ll send the replacement once the original is received and inspected. There’s no exchange fee — only the price difference (if any) is adjusted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised / personalised pieces with engraving.
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless received damaged.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free pickup and send the correct piece or issue a full refund.
